城市轨道交通盾构法绿色施工技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对上海轨道交通14号线6标工程特点及周边环境特点,结合绿色施工的理论与方法,对盾构法绿色施工的管理和技术手段进行研究,制定了"四节一环保"+全封闭式工厂化大棚+水平运输过站的施工方案,并对施工工艺及控制措施进行详细论述。绿色施工技术在城市轨道交通盾构工程中的成功应用,可最大程度减少施工活动对环境的不利影响,践行高效、低耗、环保的理念,实现经济、社会、环境效益最大化,并为其它城市轨道交通项目的绿色施工提供参考。

Abstract:Considering the construction characteristics and surrounding environment of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 14,the project department has drawn up a green construction plan of "four kinds of saving and one environment protection"+fully enclosed factory greenhouse+horizontal transportation transit station.The construction technology and control measures are expounded in detail.Through the successful application of green construction technology in urban rail transit shield engineering,it can minimize the adverse impact of construction activities on the environment,practice the concept of high efficiency,low consumption and environmental protection,and realize the maximization of economic,social and environmental benefits.It could provide reference for the green construction of other urban rail transit projects.
