摘    要:在充分研究翻车机能力及站场布置方案的基础上,研究不同运量下的站场布置及翻车机类型选择方法:从翻车机能力的角度出发,分析不同类型翻车机的作业模式及作业效率;再从车站布置的角度出发,对工程量、运量等方面进行对比,分析不同车站布置形式的优缺点。研究表明:(1)年运量小于500×10^4t时,宜选用1台或者2台单翻翻车机(折返式布置),可以节省用地,同时兼顾卸车能力;(2)年运量为500×10^4t^1 000×10^4t时,宜选用1台或者2台双翻翻车机(贯通式布置);(3)年运量为1 000×10^4t以上时,宜选用2台或者多台双翻翻车机(折返式布置);(4)当地形较为平坦且场地长度不受限制时,宜选用通过式布置,当场地长度受限制时,宜选用折返式布置。

Abstract:Based on comprehensive studies of the tipper capacity and station layout scheme,this paper focuses on the station layout and tipper type selection under various traffic volume demands.With the tipper capacities as the anchor point,the operation mode and efficiency of different types of tippers are analyzed.In addition,comparisons of the engineering quantity,traffic volume and other aspects are made from the perspective of station layout.The analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of various station layouts is carried out on such basis.The studies present the conclusions that:(1) When the annual traffic volume is less than 500 ×10^4 t,1 or 2 single tipping tippers(turn-back arrangement) should be adopted,which can reduce the land occupation and also satisfy the unloading capacity;(2) When the annual traffic volume is 500×10^4 t-1 000×10^4 t,1 or 2 double tipping tippers(through-type arrangement) should be adopted;(3) When the annual traffic volume is more than 1 000×10^4 t,2 or more double tipping tippers(turn-back arrangement) should be adopted;(4) When the terrain is comparatively flat and the length of the site is not limited,the through-type arrangement should be preferred,and while the length of the site is limited,the turn-back arrangement should be the choice.
