高速铁路隧道检测车检测臂末端跟随技术在新建双线隧道中的应用

摘    要:针对新开通高速铁路隧道潜在病害和新建高速铁路隧道衬砌质量检测效率低的问题,研发了高速铁路隧道检测车。检测车具有3条检测臂,可同时检测隧道上部3条测线,最高检测速度可达10 km/h。在一新建双线高速铁路隧道进行了检测臂未端跟随试验。结果表明:该检测车性能稳定,安全可靠,人机交互界面良好,操作方便;检测臂端部与隧道内壁距离能较好保持在(100±20)mm,很大程度上提高了隧道衬砌质量检测效率和准确性。

Abstract:In view of low efficiency in newly-built high speed railway tunnel lining inspection,an inspection vehicle for the high speed railway tunnel was developed.The vehicle has 3 detection arms,which can be used to simultaneously inspect three survey lines in the upper part of tunnel,with a maximum inspection speed up to 10 km/h.An armfollowing test of the detection arms was carried out in a newly-built high speed railway double-track tunnel.The results indicate that the vehicle has stable performance,safety and reliability,and a friendly human-machine interface,which is easy to operate.The distance between the end of the detection arms and the inner wall of the tunnel is well maintained at(100±20)mm,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy for tunnel lining quality inspection.
