摘    要:为了研究地铁曲线段不同减振轨道的轮轨动态相互作用,通过现场实测数据对比分析了橡胶隔振垫道床轨道、钢弹簧浮置板道床轨道、梯形轨枕轨道、单趾弹条扣件轨道4种减振轨道结构的轮轨力、钢轨动态位移,以及对应断面处隧道壁的垂向振动加速度。分析结果表明:单趾弹条扣件轨道振动相对较大,钢弹簧浮置板道床振动相对较小;4种减振轨道对应的轮轨垂向力、横向力、脱轨系数均满足列车安全运营要求;钢弹簧浮置板道床轨道的钢轨动态位移平均值较大,但小于安全限值。

Abstract:In order to study the wheel rail dynamic interaction of different vibration damping tracks in the curved section of metro,the wheel rail force,rail dynamic displacement and vertical vibration acceleration of the tunnel wall at the corresponding section were analyzed by comparing the field measured data of four kinds of track structures including rubber vibration isolation pad track bed track,steel spring floating slab track bed track,trapezoid sleeper track and single toe elastic strip fastener track.The results show that the vibration of single toe elastic strip fastener track is relatively large,while that of steel spring floating slab track bed is relatively small.The wheel rail vertical force,lateral force and derailment coefficient of four kinds of vibration damping tracks could meet the requirements of safe operation of the train.The average value of rail dynamic displacement of steel spring floating slab track bed track is larger,which is smaller than the safety limit.
