摘    要:
为了实现涵洞设计的计算、出图、工程量统计一体化,依托MicroStation CONNECT Edition平台,研发了铁路涵洞一体化设计程序。(1)根据铁路BIM联盟相关规范,对铁路涵洞构件进行颗粒度分类和编码,并对构件非几何属性进行细化,形成结构化、便于检索的涵洞模型信息数据库;(2)根据涵洞构件几何特点,通过二次开发,建立涵洞构件及附属构件全参数化模型库,并根据构件间约束关系,将各涵洞构件装配为整体三维模型;(3)对构件编码与数据库进行关联,输出涵洞的主要工程数量,实现涵洞的一体化设计。基于本程序,可实现涵洞的三维可视化和参数化批量设计,减少铁路工程中涵洞设计人力资源投入,提高涵洞的设计生产效率。

Abstract:
In order to realize the integration of culvert design in calculation,drawing and quantity statistics,an integrated design procedure of railway culvert was developed on MicroStation CONNECT Edition platform.(1)According to relevant specification of railway BIM alliance,components of culvert were classified and coded into different categories in detail.Nongeometric properties of elements were given completely and correctly which can form a structured culvert model information database easy to retrieve.(2)On the basis of the geometric characteristics of culvert components,a parametric model database for culvert components and their attachments was set up using the secondary development technology of MicroStation CONNECT Edition and the culvert 3 D model was established according to constraints between components.(3)The component code and database were associated using IFD,thus the integrative culvert design was realized and the quantity statistics was got.The culvert procedure can achieve 3 D visualization and parametric batch design which can reduce the investment of manpower resources in culvert design in actual railway projects and improve the efficiency of culvert design.
