切割承轨台降低轨面标高技术研究

摘    要:兰新客运专线路基上拱对CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道产生不良影响。本文通过线下试验提出切除原有承轨台并在相邻双块式轨枕间道床板上安装新扣件以降低轨面标高的技术方案,开展道床板找平、承轨台切割、道床板套管植入等工艺试验及抗拔力试验,形成完整的施工工艺流程。试验结果表明,对于按照通用参考图设计参数的线路,轨面标高可降低35~40 mm,兰新客运专线可降低55~65 mm。钻孔孔径60 mm、深度15 cm时抗拔力满足设计要求。切割承轨台降低轨面标高技术适用于存在突变点的上拱工点,也可作为辅助技术配合其他施工工艺。

Abstract:The upward deformation on the subgrade of Lanzhou-Xinjiang passenger dedicated line has a bad impact on the CRTS Ⅰ bi-block ballastless track.Through the offline test,the technical scheme of cutting off the original rail platform and installing new fasteners on the adjacent bi-double track sleeper ballast bed to lower rail surface elevation was put forward.The technical tests such as the leveling of ballast bed,cutting rail platform,inserting a casing in the ballast bed and the pull-out force test were carried out to form a complete construction process.The test results show that for railways with general reference drawing design parameters,the rail surface elevation can be reduced by 35-40 mm,and for the Lanzhou-Xinjiang passenger dedicated line,it can be reduced by 55-65 mm.When the hole diameter is 60 mm and the depth is 15 mm,the pull-out force meets the design requirements.The technology of cutting rail platform to lower rail surface elevation is suitable for the upward deformation construction site with mutation point,and can also be used as auxiliary technology to cooperate with other construction processes.
