快捷货车太阳能轴驱冗余互补发电储能系统的研究

为了满足快捷货车智能化供电的需求,研制了太阳能轴驱冗余互补发电储能系统。将轴驱发电技术与光伏发电技术应用到快捷货车发电储能系统,通过对不同发电策略的分析,设计了冗余供电控制系统,并在试验室对该系统进行了测试。该系统可以根据电压信号智能裁决光伏发电与轴驱发电的优先级,当光照充足,列车停车或低速度运行时,光伏发电占主导;当光照条件较差,列车高速运行时,轴驱发电占主导。该系统实现了货车的不间断供电,简化了车内供电系统,大幅提高了整车的工作效率以及容错能力。

Research on Scheme of Solar and Axle Drive Complementary Power Generation Energy Storage on The Railway Express Freight Trains

In order to meet the demand of intelligent power supply for fast freight cars,a redundant self-powered photovoltaic axle-driven energy supply system was developed.In this paper,axle-driven power generation technology and photovoltaic power generation technology are applied to the fast freight car power generation and storage system.Through the analysis of different power generation strategies,redundant power supply control system is designed and tested in the laboratory.The system can decide the priority of photovoltaic power generation and axle-driven power generation according to voltage signal intelligently.Photovoltaic power generation dominates when the light is sufficient and the train stops or runs at low speed.The axle-driven power generation dominates when the light condition is poor,and the train runs at high speed.The system realizes the uninterrupted power supply of the truck.The power supply system in the truck is simplified,and the working efficiency and fault tolerance of the whole truck are greatly improved.
