广义宾汉流体水泥基浆液动水注浆及质量检测研究

摘    要:裂隙突水灾害严重威胁隧道施工安全,注浆是解决裂隙突水灾害的有效手段之一。通过分析广义宾汉流体的水泥基浆液流型,建立平板单一裂隙动水条件下注浆扩散模型,构建应力只和变形速率有关、与时间无关的纯粘性流体本构方程;基于注浆扩散模型得出水泥基浆液断面的平均流速;由注浆孔边界和扩散边界条件,结合注浆孔压力和静水压力,推导出在逆水条件和顺水条件下浆液的扩散距离公式。根据依托工程实际制定裂隙注浆控制方案,并结合隧道检测手段对注浆效果进行验证。

Abstract:Water inrush from cracks seriously threatens the safety of tunnel construction,and grouting is one of the effective means to solve the water inrush caused by cracks.By analyzing the cement-based slurry flow pattern of the generalized Bingham fluid,the results are drawn as follows:(1)the grouting diffusion model is established under the dynamic water condition of a single crack in a flat plate,and the constitutive equation of the pure viscous fluid with the stress only related to the deformation rate and independent of the time is constructed.(2)The average velocity of cement-based slurry section is obtained based on the grouting diffusion model.(3)Based on the boundary conditions of grouting hole and diffusion,the diffusion distance formula of slurry under the conditions of upstream and downstream is derived in combination with the grouting hole pressure and hydrostatic pressure.According to the actual situation of the project,the crack grouting control scheme is developed,and the grouting effect is verified by the tunnel detection method.
