计量器具量值溯源结果确认分析

摘    要:计量器具的量值溯源结果反映其相关计量特性的状态,其中检定证书给出溯源结论,校准证书通常不给出溯源结论。证书中给出的结论通常是基于溯源规范作出的,尤其是检定证书,结论与相关计量器具的使用目的无关联,使用者需要根据量值溯源结果确认计量器具相应计量性能是否满足使用要求。针对上述情况,阐述量值溯源结果在计量器具性能符合性判定中的作用,明确判定方法的理论依据,为计量器具测量结果质量控制提供基础保障。

Abstract:The traceability results of measuring instruments reflect the state of measurement performance, the verification certificate shows the traceability conclusion, and the calibration certificate usually does not give the traceability conclusion. The conclusion given in the certificate is usually based on the traceability specification, especially the verification certificate, which is not related to the purpose of the relevant measuring instruments, so users need to confirm whether the measuring instruments meet the working requirements accordingly. According to above, explain the function of traceability results in the determination of performance compliance and clear the theoretical basis of determination method is essential. It provides basic support for the quality control of measurement results.
