曲靖车务段货运增运创效对策探讨

为增强铁路运输保障能力,提高货运服务供给质量,结合货运市场面临的机遇和挑战,围绕昆明局集团公司货运增量行动方案和曲靖车务段生产经营目标,阐述曲靖车务段货运现状,从有利因素和不利因素2个方面对曲靖车务段货运市场进行分析。提出曲靖车务段货运增运创效对策,即:拓展运输市场份额,增强货运服务供给能力,发挥价格杠杆作用,优化运输组织模式,提升货运服务水平,提高货运人员素质,为进一步实现货运增量目标提供支撑。

A Study on the Strategies to Increase Freight Volume at Qujing Railway Operation Depot

To increase the railway transport capacity and improve the quality of freight service, based on the freight market’s opportunities and challenges, Kunming Group’s program to increase freight volume and Qujing Depot’s business objective, this paper studies the depot’s current freight operation from both advantageous and disadvantageous conditions. Accordingly, this paper also puts forward the strategies to increase freight volume, including expanding market share, increasing capacity, letting the price leverage to play its role, improving transportation organization, promoting service quality and strengthening personnel training, which are expected to facilitate achieving the depot’s volume growth objective.
