摘    要:针对我国高速公路多采用半刚性基层沥青路面结构,国外多为柔性基层结构,提出复合式基层结构。通过引进国外长寿命路面设计理念,提出新型长寿命沥青路面结构的力学设计指标;运用正交试验方法,设计了正交表L_(32)(4~9),通过极差分析得出影响力学设计指标的最不利因素,提出路面结构的最优组合。

Abstract:Semi-rigid base pavement structure is commonly used for freeway in China,while flexible base is used abroad.The compos- ite base was suggested in the paper.Base on the design concept for perpetual pavement abroad,mechanical design indexes for new- type perpetual asphalt pavement structure were proposed.An orthogonal array L32(49)was designed by orthogonal test method. The most unfavorable factors affecting mechanical design indexes are presented,and the optimal combination of pavement structure are concluded through range analysis.
