| Abstract: | At present, higher vocational colleges tend to send teacners to take on-job practice in enterprises so as to improve their teaching quality. This essay makes analysis on the cur- rent situation of higher vocational college teachers ＇practice in enterprises, and proposes that colleges, teachers and enterprises should work together to improve the practice system thus improve practice efficiency. |
