基于 Shapely 值的公路 BT 项目利益分配研究

BT模式在我国已得到快速发展，这在很大程度上缓解政府建设资金的不足问题。然而利益分配又是项目建设中比较突出的问题，对合作关系的后续发展具有重要影响。将合作博弈中的Shapely值解法运用到公路BT 项目建设中，根据收益分配的影响因素，建立Shapely值分配模型，这一模型能够很好地解决收益分配不合理、不公平问题。

Research on Benefit Distribution of Highway BT Project Based on Shapely Value

The mode of BT has been developed rapidly in our country ,which largely alleviated the problem of insufficient government funds for construction . However ,the distribution of benefits is a prominent issue in the construction of the project ,w hich has an important influence on the follow‐up development of the cooperative relationship .In this paper ,the Shapley value method of cooperative game is applied to BT construction project of the highway ,the Shapely value distribution model is established according to the influence factors of income distribution ,the problem of unfair income distribution can be well solved with this model .
