废旧橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料的实验研究与应用

摘    要:为减轻废旧轮胎带来的污染问题和改善沥青混合料的路用性能,在室内进行了废旧橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料的试验研究。参照SMA混合料的级配,在集料中掺加1%~3%(占集料干重)的废旧橡胶颗粒,所得沥青混合料的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性能均得到改善,水稳定性略有下降。试验路的监测结果表明,废旧橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料的路用性能优于普通AC路面。

Abstract:To solve pollution problems derived from discarding scrap tires and improve performance of asphalt mixtures,experimental research on crumb rubber modified asphalt concrete(RUMAC)was conducted in labo-ratory.Referring to the gradation of SMA,1%~3%(by weight of dry aggregate)of crumb rubber are added to aggregate during the mixing,the high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of RUMAC are improved,but water susceptibility is declined little.The results of experimental project revealed that the performance of RUMAC is superior to conventional AC pavement.
