摘    要:利用铁谱分析技术制成发动机在用机油油样谱片 ,研究了谱片上磨屑总量累积效应和大磨屑总量累积效应两个参数与发动机技术状态的对应关系 ;用 3台同型号车用发动机机油取样检测 ,指出在检测过程中 ,若发现发动机存在故障隐患 ,则需对谱片上磨屑的数量、形状、尺寸、表面形貌及颜色做进一步的详细分析 ,以确定故障原因及其部位。

Abstract:For application of Ferrographic analysis technique to automobile engine condition monitoring, two parameters,the cumulative total wear particles and the cumulative severity of wear particles on the same ferrograph were put forward and carried out.The results indicate that the two parameters are sensitive to the three same engines′condition.In course of checking,when the severity of wear curve tends to approach the total wear curve,it indicates an uncharacteristic trend. Convergence of the curves gives an early warning of uncharacteristic trends,which should be investigated by full ferrographic analysis; a cross over of the curves indicates that urgent action is required.
