| 摘 要： | 根据PTC加热片的温度特性,采用CO排放量的评价方法,对化油器蜡式起动加浓阀总成的起动柱塞组件突出尺寸进行了调整,对起动柱塞、起动块本体和起动油针进行了优化设计,提高了摩托车在各种气候环境下的低温起动稳定性,解决了摩托车低温起动的技术瓶颈。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the method to improve the start stability at low temperature.The method is to revise the size of starting plunger of the wax-type enriching valve of carburetor,and optimizes the design of starting plunger,the starting device,and oil adjusting needle.The calculation is based on the assessing results of CO emission and the temperature characteristics of PTC heating plate. |
