关于株洲市开展交通影响评价的思考

伴随城市化、机动化进程的加速,小汽车保有量的飞升,国内外诸多城市交通基础设施已愈发不能满足日益增长的交通需求。为从规划层面上解决城市交通问题,株洲市自2008年底开始对建设项目开展了交通影响评价,为成功创建"交通管理模范城市"创造了有利条件。在总结株洲市对建设项目开展交通影响评价以来的实践经验的基础上,发现许多仍然存在的问题,从城市规划管理角度,提出相关对策及建议。

Thinking about Traffic Impact Assessment Operation in Zhuzhou City

With the acceleration of urbanization and motorization process and rapid development of automo-bile possessive quantity,transportation infrastructure in many domestic and foreign cities can′t adapt to the increasing demand of transportation.In order to solve urban traffic problems in planning level,the traffic impact assessment for construction project in Zhuzhou city has been evaluated since the end of 2008,it has created favorable conditions for successfully creating ＂Traffic management model city＂.Under the summary of practical experience in the traffic impact assessment which was carried out in Zhuzhou City,many problems still exist.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from urban planning and management point of view.
