摘    要:针对DYIOOA摩托车脚踏支架发生断裂现象,用Pro/E三维造型软件和Patran前后处理软件建立了DY100A脚踏左支架实体模型和有限元网格模型,并Nastran软件对其进行了结构强度和刚度有限元分析,对应力较大的危险部位进行了结构改进,使危险部位应力值有了明显下降,达到了提高设计强度的目的,后经整车装配进行道路强试验及市场验证,解决了DY100A摩托车脚踏左支架断裂故障。

Abstract:This paper introduces a solution for the breakage of the pedal bracket of DY100A motorcycle. Firstly,a solid model and a finite element network model are established with Pro/E 3D modeling software and Patran Pre-and Post- Processing software,the finite element analysis on the strength and stiffness is conducted with Nastran software.According to the analytical results,the structure of the danger position with high stress is improved to reduce of strength value in the danger position and improve the strength of the pedal bracket.This method is proved effective after testing.
