预缺血对培养乳鼠心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的延迟保护作用

摘    要:观察了预缺血对培养乳鼠心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果发现,经预缺血诱导的,C肌细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,与缺血再灌注组(I-R)比较,经典预适应组(CPC)和延迟预适应组(LPC)乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放减少,心肌细胞存活率升高,脂质过氧化减轻,膜流动性增加。提示:培养乳鼠心肌细胞存在延迟预适应,其机制与预缺血提高心肌细胞抗氧化酶的活性、增加缺血再灌注时自由基的清除有关。

Abstract:We observed the protective effects ofischemic preconditioning against ischemia reperfusion injury in cultured myocytes of infant rat. Theresults indicated that superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity increased significantly in transient group.Compared with ischemia reperfusion group (I-Rgroup), LDH release decreased and myocytes servival ratio increased significantly in classic preconditioning group (CPC group) and late preconditioninggroup (LPC group). At the same time, lipid peroxide decreased and plasma membrane fluidity increased significantly. It suggests: ischemic preconditioning has protective effects gaginst ischemiareperfusion in cultured myocytes of infant rail Onemajor mechanism may be that ischemic preconditioning increases myocyte antioxidase activity and improves the possibility of eliminating the free radicalin ischemia reper fusion.
