| Abstract: | It is the inherent requirement and important demonstration for service-oriented government to have good faith and credit. It is the basic approach to improving the credit of service-oriented government to promote the government action under the law, to ensure the government administration scientific and rational, to implement the administrative enforcement of law to serve the people, and to enforce the government policy more transparent. |
