The management of passenger traffic dispatching of public transportation conforms to the principles of ＂Humanistic Olympics＂ and ＂Green Olympics＂ as to the changed transportation peak value during the Olympic period. A mathematical model is built for optimizing the passenger traffic dispatching of public transportation during the Olympic period based on the passenger satisfaction degree reflecting the ＂ Humanistic Olympics＂ principle and the minimal transportation cost and maximal transportation efficiency reflecting the ＂Green Olympics＂ principle so as to find out the optimal solution, and to achieve the overall balance and optimization of all public transportation lines with the complementation of their floating passenger traffic peak values.
