摘    要:《劳动合同法》关乎劳动者和用人单位的切身利益,是调整劳动关系的重要法律,其出台和施行必将对企业用人机制带来全方位的深远影响。文中对《劳动合同法》出台的宏观背景进行分析,着重从企业对员工的招聘录用、培训、薪酬、规章制度管理等方面探讨《劳动合同法》对公路施工企业用人机制带来的影响,并提出了相应的管理措施。

Abstract:The Labour Contract Law is an important law for the adjustment of the labor relation, which concerns the benefit of the laborers and employers very nearly.
