基于风险控制理论的高铁车站安全管理研究

为了弥补传统安全管理方面存在的不足，确保高速铁路车站运输生产的安全，在分析高铁车站安全管理现状的基础之上，归纳出传统安全管理方面存在的问题，并提出基于风险控制理论的安全管理方法，然后系统地阐述分析了风险管理的理论基础，得出高铁车站风险管理的技术步骤。最后以渭南北站为例进行了验证。

Research on Safety Management of High-speed Rail Station Based on Risk Control Theory

In order to make up the shortfall of the traditional security management, and to ensure the safety of high-speed rail station transportation, by analyzing the status quo of high-speed rail station safety management, the problems existed in the traditional security management were summarized in this paper, and a safety management approach based on risk control theory was proposed. Then, introducing and analyzing the theoretical foundation of risk management systematically, the technical steps of risk management were obtained. Finally, Wei Nan north high-speed rail station, as a case, was verified the theory and method.
