摘    要:结合国内换热器生产企业的实际情况,对翅片管式换热器性能优化设计计算提供了一条全新的思路,根据(1)换热元件的基本尺寸、管程数以及管程/壳程介质的流速限制;(2)管程/壳程介质的压降限制;(3)换热器的换热面积裕度限制等限制条件,对指定换热元件的换热器的管排数、翅片数等结构参数布置进行逐层筛选优化。该优化策略可极大减少计...
