基于主成分分析法的军械保障信息化评估方法

摘    要:为了保证军械保障信息化建设评价结果具有较好的客观性,提高军械保障信息化决策水平,提出了基于主成分分析法的军械保障信息化评估方法;在对主成分分析法基本思想及算法研究的基础上,建立了基于主成分分析法的军械保障信息化评估指标体系,结合主成分分析法的特点对其进行了修正,从根本上保证了最终评价结果主观和客观的统一。通过实例分析,验证了主成分分析法用于解决军械保障信息化建设评估的可行性。
