基于灰色熵权聚类决策的机械故障诊断

摘    要:提出了基于灰色熵权聚类决策的机械故障诊断方法,运用信息熵思想确定了聚类指标的权值,运用SOM神经网络确定了各灰类区间的阀值,给出了相应的白化权函数,并用1个典型算例进行了验证,表明这种方法切实可行。

Abstract:The method for machine fault diagnosis based on grey entropy weight clustering decision-making was advanced.Firstly,the weights of clustering indexes were calculated through the idea of information entropy.Then,threshold of different grey clustering region was given by SOM neural network,at the same time weight function of whitenization was given.Finally,the method was proved by a representative example.The result show that the method is feasible.
