电解海水防止海生物污损船舶的研究

摘    要:探讨以电解海水方法防止海生物附着污损船舶的技术。首先以化学反应式剖析电解海水防污的原理,然后介绍电解海水防污系统:以图展示电解海水的基本流程和部件;用数学模型描述防污系统核心部件——电解槽的电解过程;特别是根据研究经验,提出以Ti—RuO_2电极作为电解海水阳极材料为最好。还提出降低欧姆降对电解槽影响和减少Cl_2及H_2分压的方法。

Research on Eletrolytic Sea Water for Ship Anti-Fouling

Abstract:This research investigates electrolytic sea water method to keep ships from the attachment of maritime organism. At first, the anti-fouling principles of electrolytic sea water is explained with chemical reaction equations, Then, the electrolytic sea water anti-fouling system is described. Graphically, the basic flow process and components of electrolytic sea water are displayed. The electrolytic process of electrolytic cell that is the key part of the anti-fouling system is described with a mathematical model, According to the experience, the Ti-RuO_2 electrode as an anode of electrolytic sea water is best recommended. The methods for reduction of the effects of the ohmic decrease on electrolytic cell and the voltage division of Cl_2 and H_2 are also presented.
