| 摘 要： | 为保障拆船作业工作人员的安全和健康，减少拆船造成的环境污染和对公共健康的危害，介绍IMO正在推行的《国际安全与环境无害化拆船公约（草案）》制定背景与进展、内容与基本要求，根据国内拆船业安全与环境无害化的实际情况，推断该公约生效后对我国相关行业可能产生的影响，对我国在公约后续制定过程中所应采取的态度及应对措施提出建议。
