摘    要:文中对悬空管道的性能进行了分析.通过力学与有限元的结合,将埋地管道的悬空段简化为大挠度梁,且考虑几何非线性,利用ANSYS建立管道在悬空状态下的大变形有限元模型.研究了跨距变化情况下应变分布情况及变化规律,并基于应变的管道设计准则,对某悬空管道进行安全性评估.结果表明:拉应变最大处出现在出土端管道上表面,跨中管道上表面...

Abstract:Through the combination of mechanics and finite element,the suspended pipeline is simplified as a large deflection beam.ANSYS is used to establish the large deformation finite element model.Strain distribution and variation are studied under the condition of different spans.Based on the pipeline strain design criterion the safety assessment is promoted.The results show that the maximum tensile strain appears on the pipeline surface around the side,the largest compressive strain appears on the pipeline surface of middle span.The strain increases rapidly after the span of 25~30 m.When the span is 50 m,the strain reaches to 0.006 15,and the pipe will be damaged easily.
