Non-destructive Detection Technology for Small-caliber Old Pipeline Corrosion and Repair

The production suspension accident and the environmental pollution etc due to the internal corrosion and perforation of the oilfield collection system pipeline are hidden dangers to the oilfield＇s safe production, so it is more and more important to discover ahead of time the corrosion and perforation to prevent accidents before they occur. For this reason, this paper studied and developed a kind of small-caliber pipeline endophragm, namely an inside wall corrosion examination technology for oilfields. This technology can be realized by means of the long-distance small-caliber pipeline interior video frequency examination vehicle, through the system＇s video frequency observation ,video recording and precise course memory integrations has realized the small- caliber,long-distance pipeline endophragm surface examination has been realized. Through the experiment, this paper have obtained a satisfactory effect. In 2008, they carried on the examination of the ninth oil production factory at Longhupao in the Daqing Oilfield over an operation area around the watered pipeline of 1.1 km long and φ89 mm and provided a scientific basis for pipeline＇s service, achieving a good practical effect.
