基于Morlet小波的船舶机舱监控系统研究

摘    要:当船舶机舱设备异常或故障时,传感器采集到的数据序列中往往存在着突变信号,通过分析这些突变信号可对设备的运行状况进行有效预警。本文将Morlet小波应用于机舱数据分析中,能够准确识别异常数据中的突变信号,并运用Mann-kendall检验法提取其突变点。建立了预警分析处理模型,结合实际机舱样本数据验证了预警实现的可行性,结果表明基于Morlet小波的船舶机舱监控系统提取的突变点精确、可靠,预警精度高。

Research on monitor and control system of ship engine room based on Morlet wavelet

Abstract:When the equipment of ship engine room is abnormal or failed, mutation signal always present in the data sequence which collected by sensor. It can make a effective early-warning for the operation status of equipment by analyzing these mutation signal. This paper applies the Morlet wavelet to the analysis of engine room data, that can identify the mutation signal which present in abnormal data accurately, and use the Mann-kendall method to extract the mutation point. It established a analysis processing model of early-warning, and verified the feasibility of early-warning implementation by combining with the actual sample data of engine room. The results show that the monitor and control system of ship engine room based on Morlet wavelet can extract a accurate and reliable mutation point, and make a high-precision warning.
