摘    要:将人工神经网络理论和JC算法与有限元分析相结合应用于铁路接触网系统可靠性研究(简称为FE-RBF-JC法),建立了腕臂系统可靠度计算的数学模型,利用有限元计算方法得到一组结构的基本输入变量及输出的响应数据,采用径向基神经网络RBF进行训练的基础上建立结构的输入-输出函数关系,在该模型上,用JC方法进行腕臂系统可靠度仿真计算。研究表明,该方法精度高、简便易行,为复杂的铁路系统可靠性研究提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract:The theory of artificial neural networks and JC algorithm combined with analysis of finite elements(simplified as the FE-RBF-JC method) are applied to reliability research of railway catenary networks.The mathematic model is established for reliabieity calculation of the wrist-arm system.A group of data of basic input variables and output responses are obtained by the finite element method.The relation between structural input and output functions is set up by training the RBF neural network.Using this model,wrist-arm reliability simulation calculation is carried out by JC.The research indicates that the method is feasible,effective and of high accuracy.It provides a new way for reliability research of complex railway systems.
