| 摘 要： | 该文介绍了水利水电工程移民具有的四个基本特征,即被动性、时限性、区域性和补偿性;介绍了为了做好移民安置工作,需要正确处理好的几个方面的关系,即移民补偿与移民就业保障的关系、移民安置与生态环境保护的关系、移民迁建与经济社会发展的关系、移民搬迁与教育发展的关系、移民与推进城镇化的关系等。

| Abstract: | The article introduces four basic characters,i.e.passivity,time limit,district and compensation of the emigration in the water conservancy and water electricity projects.The article introduces the relationships of the emigration compensation with the emigration employing guarantee,the emigration resettling down with the ecological environmental protection,the emigration removing construction with the economical social development,the emigration removing with the education development,and the emigration with the urbanization advancing required to correctly handle in the settling down work of the emigration. |
