| 摘 要： | 就我国学者对人力资本存量测算方法的相关研究进行梳理,将其划分为成本法、收入法、教育存量法、多指标综合法四类.通过各种方法的概括说明每种方法的估算思路及对基础数据的要求,并比较说明各种测算方法的优缺点,以供学者开展相关研究时做出恰当选择.人力资本存量测量易于定义难于测量的缺陷仍明显,我国人力资本存量测算无论从方法上,还是原始数据支持方面仍存在很多问题,从而对相关研究的开展产生一定程度的约束,有待进一步研究和发展.

| Abstract: | The paper presents the research about human capital stock measuring methods of scholars in China.These methods could be divided into the cost method,the income method,the stock of education law and the multi-index comprehensive law.The main measuring ideas and the requirements of the raw data of each method are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are shown to help scholars to make the right choice when carrying out relevant researches.Seen comprehensively,the measurement of the human capital stock is not yet mature,and still needs further research and development. |
