斜拉扣挂法拼装军用梁拱架设计与施工

摘    要:向莆铁路尤溪大桥主桥为1×140 m双线铁路上承式劲性骨架钢筋混凝土箱拱,采用斜拉扣挂法拼装军用梁拱架,在其上拼装主桥劲性骨架,代替缆索吊施工方案。详细介绍了军用梁拱架设计、拼装斜拉扣挂系统设计以及施工线形控制。如此大跨度的军用梁拱架拼装在国内也比较罕见,对同类工程具有很好的指导作用。

Abstract:Youxi Bridge Main Bridge in Xiang-pu Railway is a 1×140 m with deck rigid-frame reinforced concrete box arches.It adopted the construction scheme of assembling military beam arch centers with the cable-stayed clasping and hanging method,and assembling main bridge’s rigid frames above in replacement of the cable crane.This paper introduces the design of the military beam arch centers and the assembling of the cable-stayed clasping and hanging system and the linear control of construction in details.Assembling military beam arch centers with such long spans is uncommon in China,which can be guidance to similar projects.
