大轴重货车车轮热负荷下疲劳强度分析

摘    要:随着车辆轴重的不断提高,车轮所承受的工作载荷显著增加,随之而来的车轮疲劳寿命下降将直接影响列车的安全运行。运用有限元分析软件ANSYS仿真分析长大坡道制动下车轮的温度场,根据国际铁路联盟标准UIC 510-5—2003确定计算载荷,计算了32.5 t轴重车轮在计算载荷工况下的应力场。将多轴应力状态转化为单轴应力状态,对车轮辐板进行疲劳强度评定。

Abstract:With the increase of the vehicle axle load,the working loads supported by the wheel are increasing evidently,and then the safety of the rolling stock will be affected by the decline of the wheel fatigue life straight.The temperature field was simulated with the finite element software under long ramp braking,while the calculation loads and load conditions are determined according to union standards UIC 510-5—2003,and then the stress field of wheel with 32.5 t axle load was calculated.The multiaxial stress was converted into the uniaxial stress,and then the fatigue strength of the wheel spoke was assessed.
