京沪高铁桥上无砟轨道CA砂浆施工技术

摘    要:京沪高铁桥上首次采用板式无砟轨道新技术,该项技术最为重要的是CRTSII CA砂浆(即水泥乳化沥青砂浆)技术,其性能指标能否达到设计要求是满足今后高速铁路运营要求的关键。对CRTSII CA砂浆施工关键技术进行介绍。

Abstract:The new technology of slab ballastless track is first adopted in Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway bridges,which has CRTSII CA mortar(emulsified asphalt cement mortar) technology as the core.Whether the performance index of this technology can meet design requirements is the key in future high-speed railway operation.The construction technology of CRTSII CA mortar is introduced in this paper.
