| 摘 要： | 通霍线及由铁路多经投资建设的西部铁路（霍白线、珠珠线）近年来运量逐年增长,成为沈阳铁路局运输增量的主要来源,针对空车质量、超偏载问题、制票时间、指挥协调等影响珠霍地区铁路运营管理效率的因素,采取完善管理机制、煤炭装车实行成组制票、加强对进入通霍线空车的质量管理等措施加强运营管理,并取得良好的效果。
