盾构下穿地铁线路地层加固技术

摘    要:深圳地铁2号线东延段2224标段,两站三区间一盾构始发井。其中福市区间盾构从市民中心站西端始发,始发时始发端距既有4号线隧道结构水平距离仅有6.542 m,2号线隧道距既有4号线隧道结构底部最小垂直净距约为1.567 m。这种始发条件、始发难度和风险性之大为全国罕例。采用微型桩和袖阀管相结合的加固方法,盾构施工最终成功下穿4号线。

Abstract:2224 Tender of Shenzhen Metro Line 2 East Extension Section has two stations,three intervals and a launching shaft.The shield of Fu-Shi Internal starts from the west end of Shimin Center Station,with the horizontal distance between its launching end and the existing Metro Line 4 tunnel structure being only 6.542 m,and the minimum vertical distance between Metro Line 2 tunnel and the bottom of Metro Line 4 tunnel structure being 1.567 m.This kind of launching condition,difficulties and risks are rarely seen ...
