长距离硬岩地层的盾构隧道施工技术

摘    要:深圳地铁3号线3102标段翠竹站-田贝站隧道左线所处地层以硬岩为主,区间以盾构法施工为主,矿山法施工为辅。在总结翠田左线施工经验的同时对盾构长距离穿越硬岩地层的施工方法和经验进行介绍,通过合理的配置刀盘刀具,以适宜的掘进模式选择合理的掘进参数及同步注浆参数,同时加强对刀具的管理,可以很好地解决盾构在长距离硬岩段遇到的技术难题。
