货车常接触弹性旁承分析研究

摘    要:结合工程实际问题,在分析国内外旁承的结构和作用的基础上,通过研究旁承回转阻力矩对车辆动力学性能的影响,提出了旁承标称压力这一关键因素的最佳值,并针对既有系列平车确定了要求的标称压力。基于平车自重较轻、侧滚转动惯量偏小、扭转刚度偏低,车辆运行中相对其他车辆易发生大的侧滚变形,致使提供旁承回转阻力矩的标称压力对侧滚运动较敏感,为了降低旁承的敏感性,结合NX70A车辆,进行了采用长行程低刚度旁承的研究,通过研究得出结论,低刚度旁承可有效降低旁承对动力学性能影响的敏感性。

Abstract:In order to solve the engineer problem,based on the structure and function of the side bear,the effect of the rotation resistance moment of side bear on the dynamic performance is analyzed,and the marked pressure force of side bear is determined for these flat cars.Based on the characteristic of flat wagons with light weight,small roll moment of inertia,low torsion stiffness,the investigation of the sensitivity of side bear to the NX70A vehicle dynamics performance is studied.Results show that low stiffness...
