客运专线双线简支箱梁梁场建设方案比选

高速铁路和客运专线中，桥梁工程所占比例极大，其中简支箱梁是主要的箱梁形式。简支箱梁一般采用预制架设的施工方法，因此合理确定梁场建设方案，对方便施工、满足工期、节约成本有着重要意义。为了控制制梁场规模，最大限度地发挥机械设备的作用，此丈根据制架梁的施工工艺流程，运用价值工程理论，对梁场建设的“提梁机方案”和“移梁台车方案”进行综合比选，以期给类似项目提供借鉴。

Scheme comparisons and selections of simple box girder fabricating yard of the passenger dedicated lines

In the high speed railways and passenger dedicated lines, bridge projects occupy a big proportions, among which simple box girder is the main type. As simple box girders are usually precast and erected in the process of construction, it has important significance for easing construction, meeting the construction period, saving cost to reasonably determine construction scheme. In order to controll sizes of fabricating yard and utilize mechanical equipments in a maximum extent, this article makes a comparison of beam-lifting machine scheme and beam-shifting machine scheme so as to provide reference for similar construction projects according to construction technological process of simple box girder fabrication&erection by using value engineering theory.
