| 摘 要： | 以湖州港口发展现状为例,运用SWOT分析法对湖州港发展内外部环境和竞争优劣势进行全面分析,在此基础上制定了港口发展战略。湖州港发展战略的制定对正处于发展和建设期中的我国其它内河港具有指导和引领作用。
