路用控污设施的最佳控污量方法探讨

摘    要:文章运用经济学中的边际原则,结合道路交通的外部成本估算,建立了一种路用控污设施最佳控污量的计算方法,并将此方法应用于某城市高架道路采用声屏障降噪的最佳降噪水平计算中.结果显示,采用该方法能够便捷、可靠地确定路用控污设施的最佳控污量.

Abstract:By using the marginal principle in Economics and combing with external cost estimation,a calculation method of the optimum pollution control method for road usage facilities was established.It was also used to determine noise reduction level in a overhead road of one city where noise barrier was applied.The result shows that the optimum quantity of pollution control for road usage facilities can be calculated conveniently and reliably using the method introduced in this paper.
