摘    要:为改善我国快速路高架道路系统的交通运行,本文从土地规划角度分析了高架拥堵的成因;在此基础上,借鉴出入口管理策略,给出了具体的有针对性的解决技术手段,并提出了将土地规划以及之后的交通设计、管理等通盘考虑,系统解决高架拥堵的新思路.

Abstract:To improve the traffic operation on the urban elevated expressway,the authores analyzed the traffic congestion reasons from the angle of land planning.Based on the analysis,and using the access management tactics,some counter measures against the congestion were provided in this paper At the same time,the systematic thought to improve the congestion problem was presented,which takes the traffic design and management into account while processing the land planning.
