摘    要:“专家型”汽车维修人才评价体系的构建是推动汽车维修行业发展和高职院校人才培养的关键,是合理培养人才、正确选择人才和有效培养人才的基础,基于群决策层次分析法的“专家型”汽车维修人才评价体系可以得到多维度、多视角、可衡量的评价结果,能有效推进高校的人才培养质量和提升汽车维修企业的市场竞争力。

Abstract:The personnel evaluation system of "Expert" vehicle maintenance personnel is the key to promoting the development of the automotive repair industry and higher vocational colleges personnel training, is the base of personnel training, the correct choice of talent and effective personnel training. The personnel evaluation system of "Expert" vehicle maintenance personnel based on group decision, You can get the multi dimensional, multi- angle and measurable resuits, which can effectively promote the quality of the training in higher school, and promoting the market competitiveness of auto service companies.
