SOLAS对双层底要求研究

阐述了SOLAS对船舶双层底布置要求,分析了该要求的适用范围和双层底布置要求的内容,对因故不能满足船舶双层底布置要求的区域,给出了规范要求的底部破损稳性核算的一般步骤。结合实际案例,提出了在进行双层底布置和破损稳性计算中应注意的事项。同时,为了保证船舶的安全性,对船舶分舱布置设计提出了若干合理化的建议。

Study on the SOLAS Regulations on Double Bottom

This paper elaborates the SOLAS regulations on double bottom arrangement and analyzes its scope of application as well as related requirements; for areas that cannot meet the ship double bottom arrangement requirement, the general procedures for bottom damage stability calculation according to the regulation is provided. Key points to be noticed during the double bottom arrangement and damage stability calculation is proposed based on an example. Moreover, several suggestions on the proper subdivision of the ship are given to ensure the safety of the ship.
