齿式离合器接合过程动态特性的仿真研究

摘    要:为得到大功率低速离合器轮齿在轴向接合过程中的动态冲击载荷,进而为强度分析提供依据,首先以存在转速差和轴向相对运动的内啮合齿轮副作为研究模型,采用系统动力学分析软件ADAMS分析了轮齿接合过程的动态特性,给出了完整接合过程的动态扭矩、轴向力和转速等关键参数,结果显示存在转速差和轴向相对运动的齿轮副在接合过程中产生较大的轴向力和扭矩冲击值,并且轮齿转速差、接合速度和轴向推力等参数对冲击载荷具有较大影响;以存在锁止角的锁销和摩擦片联动为主要研究对象,分析了锁销及摩擦片接合过程的动态特性,给出了完整接合过程的动态扭矩、轴向力和转速等关键参数,结果显示锁销及摩擦片在该联动过程中产生较大的轴向力和扭矩冲击值.该结果可为相关离合器的设计提供依据.

Abstract:In order to analyze dynamic shock load of the gear clutch in the process of axial integration,thereby providing information for engineering design,the characteristics of the gear mesh were analyzed based on the system dynamics analysis software ADAMS,and then the key parameters of dynamic torque,axial force and rotating speed etc.were given.This analysis took the internal-meshing gear pair which has the relative speed difference and axial movement as its research model.the mechanism of the gear mesh process was analyzed.the primary parameters of the structure and operation parameters were quantitatively analyzed based on the numerical simulation to see how they would affect the axial mesh and the shock loads of the Internal-Meshing gear.The results showed that the gear pair with speed difference and the relative axial movement leads to the axial force and shock torque in the process of integration,and the speed difference of the tooth,the speed of the integration and the axial forces have a significant influence on the shock loads.The results described here would be helpful in the futrue designs of related clutches.
