| Abstract: | T his essay analyses the current situation of the Party member development in high＆amp;nbsp;er vocational colleges ,and points out some existing problems .Based on the analysis ,this es-say figures out that it is essential to correctly handle relations between the quantity and the quality ,the members’ political quality and the professional capability ,the training and the research ,the Communist Youth League and the Party ,and some measures are also put for-ward correspondingly . |
