甲醇柴油发动机循环变动与排放的关系研究

摘    要:通过在4100BZL增压柴油机上燃用0号柴油和甲醇柴油混合燃料(M5,M10和M15),研究了不同比例甲醇柴油在中高转速时对柴油机循环变动率和NOx排放的影响。结果表明:中高转速时,随甲醇添加比例的增加,发动机燃用3种混合燃料的最高燃烧压力和压力升高率峰值循环变动率逐渐增加。发动机燃用4种燃料的平均指示压力循环变动率均较低,燃烧始点循环变动率较高。发动机燃用3种混合燃料最高燃烧压力和压力升高率峰值循环变动率的规律与NOx排放规律相对应。

Abstract:The influences of diesel and methanol-diesel blended fuels(M5,M10 and M15) on cyclic variation and NOx emission were researched at middle and high speed on 4100BZL turbocharging diesel engine.The result shows that the cyclic variations of maximum combustion pressure and peak pressure rise rate for three blended fuels gradually increase with the increase of methanol proportion.The cyclic variations of mean indicated pressure for four blended fuels are lower,but those at the start of combustion are higher.The cyclic variations of maximum combustion pressure and peak pressure rise rate for three blended fuels correspond to the NOx emission trend.
